I used to chase happiness by buying "stuff".
When I was deep in my spending addiction I never was in touch about why I was spending money.
It wasn't until I started to work on my financial sobriety that I understood the importance of knowing why I was buying what I was.
The triggers for spending were often me trying to numb out from my emotions. I was trying to feel better by spending money.
Financial Sobriety School was created to help you understand your money and spending.
Join us to help you understand your why behind the buy!

"I was completely addicted to shopping on amazon. I was ordering on the app multiple times a day. Spending money I didn't have. Linda helped me identify why I was doing this and helped support me making a plan to avoid the impulse spending. I never thought I would be able to stop and with Linda's support I have achieved what I thought was impossible. It is possible."
What will we do in the workshop:
- Identifying your spending habits.
- Do you have control over your impulse spending?
- The highs and lows of addictive spending.
- Somatic tools to help support your nervous system and your spending.
- What are you trying to change with your spending?
- Understanding the power of the pause.
- How is dopamine showing up in your spending.
- Hear stories from people who have been where you are and how they changed their spending habits.
- Get clear on your WHY about starting your Financial Sobriety.
I would love for you to join us!

Our Spending Can Bring Out A lot of Feelings
One thing I learned quickly in my financial sobriety that sometimes the shame from my spending brought on even more spending.
I would be completely overwhelmed with my debt and I would hit what I like to call the "F" it button. This cycle kept going and going and going.
My nervous system was so flooded with emotions and triggers that I couldn't even pause before I spent money. I wasn't even aware of what was going on. I was stuck in an addictive cycle.
Learning tools to slow down, be present, be mindful and making conscious decisions with my spending was life changing.
