I will support you in identifying triggers, exploring underlying beliefs, and developing coping mechanisms. We will also work on debt management, and long-term financial sobriety goals.

My goal is to empower you to break free from your spending addiction, make informed financial decisions, and build a healthier relationship with money.

Achieving Financial Sobriety in a group class is a collaborative approach where we come together to learn.

You are not alone! 

We will share our experiences, support each other, and I will give you support on both technical and emotional aspects of money.

The classes provide structure, accountability, and a sense of community, empowering individuals to achieve Financial Sobriety.
